During the Valley Fire in 2015, in Lake County, CA, one home remarkably survived without any structural damage while 1,900 other community homes were completely destroyed. Firefighters and neighbors were amazed to find this particular home unscathed.
This home has a fire rating of 1800°F for a duration of three hours.
It was the only house out of 1,900 to survive, constructed using our advanced technology.
The minimal damage it sustained included two broken windows, some scorching on a roof corner, and the sundeck support posts.
Although the wooden sundeck support posts were consumed by the fire, the deck itself, built with APEX HOMES Monolithic Technology, remained entirely intact.

It remained the sole habitable dwelling for miles.
It is hoped that those reconstructing in this area consulted the owner of this house for guidance on rebuilding their homes.

The first image shows a stick-built home in the background, almost demolished by the hurricane.
In contrast, an APEX HOMES Panel System house is in the foreground, remaining intact and livable.
The home sustained only two forms of damage: the hurricane stripped away the roof tiles and the rear sliding glass door. Apart from that, the house suffered no other external or internal damage.
The second image presents the house's front view, which is untouched.

The first image displays the house during construction, utilizing APEX HOMES Panel System before the application of our special plaster blend and subsequent flooding.
Following the flood, it appears that approximately 50% of the supporting soil has been eroded, yet the house stands undamaged and structurally sound.

APEX HOMES, built using our Panel System, can easily be fitted with watertight door and window inserts to protect against mud or water intrusion during flood events.
When flood debris enters an APEX HOMES structure, all that is required is to remove all mud and debris, pressure wash the interior, and address any superficial damage with paint or repairs.
The rehabitation of the structure can proceed quickly.
UNEXPECTED EVENTS - DESTRUCTION PROOF - STRONG STRUCTURE

While our panel system isn't intentionally designed to withstand the severe conditions of an asphalt compactor test, this demonstration aims to illustrate its strength and durability. The Panel Assembly, with its 3-inch thick core and an additional 3 inches of our Special Plaster Blend, has shown exceptional resilience.
The unexpected event of a tree collapsing onto your home can be highly dangerous if you are inside. Nonetheless, the evidence indicates that despite a massive tree with a 36'' diameter striking the structure, the use of our Monolithic Assembly has resulted in only minimal damage, proving its effectiveness in protecting your family.
HIGHLY PROTECTIVE STRENGTH
Although boulders hitting homes is uncommon, there have been many instances of cars veering off the road and striking houses while residents are inside. These incidents shown here, highlight the level of protection provided to occupants of buildings constructed with our technology.
